How it works
On in twenty seconds. Off in fifteen minutes.
No app. No wires. Nothing to learn.
Strap it on
Wrap it round the knee and fasten the straps. Twenty seconds. Either leg, and the two extension straps mean it fits a larger frame too.
Press the button
One button starts the session. Heat builds, the vibration comes on underneath it, and the brace holds everything in place.
Carry on
Watch something. Have a cup of tea. It runs on its own and switches itself off when the session is done.

What's included
Everything, in one box.
No add-ons to buy, nothing to work out. It arrives ready to use.
Compared against the Nooro™ knee massager at $299.95 and the OneCompress bamboo knee sleeve at $44 each, both read from their own websites on 29 September 2026.
Why two at once
Heat opens it up. Massage keeps it moving.
Heat warms the tissue around the joint, which is why a hot-water bottle feels good and why it stops working the moment it cools.
Massage is the low vibration running underneath the heat, through the padding, for the whole session.
Compression is the brace: it holds the wrap against the joint so you are not holding it there yourself. That is the part that makes fifteen minutes actually happen.
One battery, one wrap, one button — instead of a heat pad in one hand and a massager in the other.
One device instead of three
How the wrap compares to the other things people buy for an aching joint.
Compared against product categories, not against any particular brand.
Why most people take the pair
Two bamboo sleeves, for the other twenty-three hours.
The wrap is fifteen minutes. These you wear all day, under trousers, without thinking about it.

A pair on its own sells for around $88. In the kit they add $30.
On, and worn all day
The sleeves go on under clothes and stay there. Three colours, three sizes, same knit.
One on each knee
A pair means you are not choosing which knee gets it.
Sits flat under clothes
Thin enough to wear under trousers without bunching.
Moves with the joint
One-piece knit, so there is no seam across the kneecap.
Where people put it
The same wrap, moved where you need it. The two extension straps are what make the elbow and shoulder fit work.
On a knee
Wraps around and fastens with velcro. The compression brace can go underneath it or be worn on its own.
On an elbow
Same wrap, shorter strap. Sits over the joint without pinching when you bend your arm.
On a shoulder
Uses the long extension strap across the body so it holds without you holding it.
If this is you
The stairs at the end of the day.

The knee that is stiff getting out of the car. The hour after a long shift on your feet. The cold mornings when it takes a while to loosen up. Those are the fifteen minutes this is for.
The research
Heat is a recognised option for knee pain.
Not our opinion — the clinical guideline that rheumatologists work from.
Recommended by the guideline
The American College of Rheumatology and the Arthritis Foundation recommend locally applied heat as one of the conservative options for knee osteoarthritis.
Pain, stiffness and function
A randomised controlled trial of massage in adults with knee osteoarthritis reported improvements across pain, stiffness, physical function, range of motion and walking time at eight weeks.
More of it worked better
A larger randomised trial found WOMAC scores improved by 24.0 points in the sixty-minute massage groups, against 6.3 for usual care.
Kolasinski et al., 2019 ACR/Arthritis Foundation Guideline for the Management of Osteoarthritis of the Hand, Hip, and Knee, Arthritis Care & Research 2020 · Perlman et al., Archives of Internal Medicine 2006 · Perlman et al., PLOS ONE 2012. These studies tested heat and hands-on massage, not this product. Rovqi is a personal comfort device, not a medical device, and is not a substitute for advice from your doctor.
What to expect
What the first week looks like.
No dramatic promises. Just what actually happens.
Warmth, then looseness
The heat builds over the first couple of minutes and the vibration sits underneath it. Most people describe the knee as looser afterwards rather than pain-free.
It becomes a habit
Fifteen minutes in the evening, same chair, same time. The people who get the most out of it are the ones who stop thinking about it.
Thirty days, every cent
Send it back. No fault required, no form, no store credit. We would rather refund you than argue.
Thirty days, and then twenty-four months
Thirty days to change your mind — send it back for a refund, no fault required and no explanation needed. After that, Rovqi Care covers a replacement for twenty-four months if it stops working. One email and a photo of the fault. You don't send the old one back, because there's nowhere to send it.
Questions
When will it arrive?
When will it arrive?
Seven to twelve business days, after a one to three business day processing time. We don't quote faster than we can actually ship.
Can I use it on more than one joint?
Can I use it on more than one joint?
Yes. The same wrap fits knee, elbow and shoulder using the two extension straps included.
Do I need to send it back if it breaks?
Do I need to send it back if it breaks?
No. Send us a photo and we ship a replacement.
What if I don't like it?
What if I don't like it?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Can I use it after a knee replacement?
Can I use it after a knee replacement?
Ask your surgeon or physiotherapist first, and do not assume heat is the right thing early on. Current physical-therapy guidance after a total knee replacement points to cold for managing swelling in the early post-operative period, not heat. Whether and when heat and massage are appropriate depends on the stage of your recovery, and that is a call for the people looking after your knee.
What will it not do?
What will it not do?
It will not repair cartilage, cure arthritis or get you out of a knee replacement. Anyone selling you a wrap on those terms is making it up. What it does is put heat, a low vibration and steady compression on the joint for fifteen minutes, which for a lot of people is the difference between a stiff evening and a comfortable one. If that is not worth it to you, send it back inside 30 days.
When should I not use it?
When should I not use it?
Not on broken skin, a fresh injury, or a knee that is hot and swollen from something you have not had looked at. If you have reduced sensation in the leg, a circulation condition, or you are pregnant, check with your doctor before using any heated device.
